Probation Check In is a customer check in application. Specifically designed for the criminal justice industry to provide security, documentation and notifications to staff when a visitor arrives. This app is the Android kiosk app that connects to the back end hosted application. This app is designed for a 10" Android to be mounted into a wall, counter or floor kiosk stand and placed in a lobby for customers to sign in. Customer information is gathered at the kiosk and sent to the hosted backend at www.cqueue.com. Visitors use this kiosk like a paper sign in sheet but it provides privacy and features that make the entire process more efficient. When a visitor signs in, a staff member can be notified at their computer or by text message that a visitor is awaiting. The online displays show an organized list of visitors in the lobby, allowing staff members to acknowledge, serve and check out each person according to their specific needs. As an electronic sign in sheet, the process is shared across internal computers allowing multiple departments to serve customers faster.Every visitor is documented giving management long term reporting and statistics.
